The objective behind starting Emerald City Fiduciary Group was to help people make sound investment choices. Everyone knows they need to save, but nobody knows how. Devising a proper financial plan requires a lot of expertise, time, and hard work.
We help our clients develop an efficient financial strategy and an easy management solution using revolutionary technology and our experience in the industry. If you are ill-equipped to manage your finances or are not interested in dealing with numbers, Emerald City Fiduciary Group is here for you. We pride ourselves on providing customer-centered services and are familiar with the Washington State Department of Retirement Systems.
How We Got Here
Emerald City Fiduciary Group merged with Vivienne Strickler, CFP, MBA, in 2020, just as Covid began its cycle. This blended Vivienne’s simple discipline with 21st Century technology as they conducted over 200 Zoom meetings between July and December 2020. They were considered an essential service business and remained open throughout Covid lockdown years. This new entity has flourished with Jeff’s 21st-century technology skillset and Vivienne’s commitment to service excellence.
Jeff Moormeier started in 1988 with Merrill Lynch after serving eight years in the US Army, with top-secret computer science and network background. His practice had been in Snohomish County for over 30 years.
Vivienne and Jeff met on the ski slopes of Crystal Mountain in 2016, and he was her ski instructor. And they hit it off immediately. As Vivienne planned to “rewire,” she asked Jeff to help her. And to make a long story short, Emerald City Fiduciary Group emerged.
The practice that had been in Seattle and on Dexter avenue for over 30 years packed up and moved to its new location, on Mercer Avenue, in February 2022. The turtles came with us.
